The history of Westley DiGiorgio Norcock Solicitors extends back to 1970 when Peter Westley first commenced legal practice at Wallace & Co in Naracoorte South Australia.
While Peter has provided continuous legal services in and around Naracoorte since that time, the Firm has changed names on a number of occasions. In 2001, Peter Westley and Frank DiGiorgio merged their sole practitioner firms before Frank followed his passion in viticulture. In 2010, solicitor James Norcock joined and became partner in 2015 and the firm was renamed Westley DiGiorgio Norcock.
We are a local, well-established, law firm specialising in a range of areas including conveyancing of residential properties, rural land and businesses, Wills and Estate planning, deceased estate administration, family law and commercial law matters. We provide practical and cost-effective legal solutions to complex legal issues.

Peter Westley has acquired a wealth of knowledge during his 40+ years of legal practice in Naracoorte. Whilst providing general legal services, Peter has a special interest in property and contract law. Peter handles many large and complex property transactions and enjoys working with rural families to address their succession planning.
Whilst James Norcock provides legal services in the same areas of law as Peter, he offers additional legal services in other areas of law including litigation matters, inheritance disputes, criminal and traffic matters and family law. James regularly appears in the Naracoorte and Bordertown Magistrates Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the District Court and Supreme Court of South Australia.
In addition to offering legal services, our firm has an emphasis on conveyancing transactions and property transfers. Our conveyancer Sylvia Wimshurst has worked with Peter Westley for 40+ years during which time she has settled many thousands of transactions. Sylvia works collaboratively with both Peter and James ensuring all conveyancing client’s receive the benefit of both a solicitor and conveyancer working together on their transaction for the fixed price of the conveyance and without any additional cost to the client for a solicitor having joint conduct of the file.
